Account recovery

Automated password reset is not live yet. For the current internal-first release, recovery is handled manually through the support process.

Current recovery flow

  1. 1. Verify the requester's identity through the agreed support channel.
  2. 2. Open the support or recovery request with the internal AlpInvoice operator.
  3. 3. Issue a temporary recovery action or rotate the credentials manually.
  4. 4. Revoke refresh tokens if the account may be compromised.
